Q. Is it really 24-hour full personal service - every day of the year?

A. Yes, that's right. Sometimes you may find that the telephone is diverted to a mobile. At busy times you may not get through straight away - but we are here!   If the telephone lines are busy, please try a few minutes later.

Q. Why do you say "Only pay on collection it couldn't be safer"

A. Paying on arrival ensures you do not give your credit card details until you collect the vehicle. It couldn't be safer. Don't take chances.

Q. Do all prices include VAT?

A. Yes. Unlike some similar car hire operators who also supply to trade customers, we show all our prices to both trade and private customers as fully inclusive of VAT.
